Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my results?
30 minute test results are sent within 1 hour of being tested.
15 minute test results are sent within 30 minutes of being tested.
Next Day test results are sent the following day before 3pm.
Next Day test must be completed by 10pm to receive results the following day.
If you do not receive your results within those time frames please call us at 716-907-9000.
**Important note: with any testing there is the possibility of an inconclusive result. In an instance of an inconclusive result these time frames may not be applicable and the patient would need to return to the site to receive another test.
How will I receive my results?
Results are sent by text message and email in a secure HIPAA compliant encrypted format. Printed results are available if requested. If you’d like printed results ask check in at the testing site.
Do I need to register before arriving at the site?
Registering before arriving will save time but is not required. If you are unable to or need help registering we can assist you at any of our testing sites.
Is identification required to be tested?
Yes – proper government photo identification is required to be tested. Drivers’ licenses and passports are accepted.
What payment is accepted for testing?
We accept most major credit cards.
Payment and test selection is made upon checking at the testing site.
Do you accept cash?
For health and safety reasons we do not accept cash.
Are HSA accounts accepted?
Yes – most HSA cards are accepted.
Is insurance accepted?
No – insurance is not accepted as payment. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for testing. You should check with your insurance prior to being tested if that is important to you. A superbill is included with your test results that can be sent to your insurance showing what you paid.
What ages can be tested?
We test all ages. We do require a parent or guardian to be present and fill out and sign the registration form.
What test should I get?
If you are testing for travel you should check with the government agency and / or travel provider to verify what test you need.
If you have any medical or health questions you should check with your doctor as we only provide testing and are not able to provide any medical advice.
How do I make an appointment?
We do not take appointments. You can visit any of our locations during business hours and be tested. There is typically little to no wait.
I’ve already registered and have my QR code, can I use the same QR code again?
Yes, your unique patient QR code can be used as many times as needed. You only need to register once.
